TERMS & CONDITIONS

APOCALYPSE RAWHIDE 2026 | TICKET TERMS, CONDITIONS, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

These Terms and Conditions apply to tickets and participation in Apocalypse Rawhide, operated by Apocalypse Global LLC d/b/a Apocalypse Rawhide.

By purchasing, accepting, possessing, or using a ticket to Apocalypse Rawhide, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to communicate these terms to every person for whom you purchase or provide a ticket.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete your purchase or participate in the attraction.

1. Ticket Sales, Refunds and Rescheduling

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

This no-refund policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Changes in personal plans or availability;
  • Failure to arrive or arriving after the scheduled admission time;
  • Fear, discomfort, or choosing not to complete the attraction;
  • Removal or denial of admission for violating these terms or attraction rules;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Wait times;
  • Illness, injury, or medical conditions; and
  • Mistakes made when selecting a ticket, date, or time.

Before the ticket’s scheduled date and admission time, eligible tickets may be rescheduled through the ticketing platform’s self-service tools, subject to availability and any applicable ticketing restrictions.

After the scheduled ticket date or admission time has passed, a rescheduling request may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. A request for rescheduling does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, credit, or replacement ticket.

Tickets have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Unauthorized resale, duplication, or fraudulent use may result in cancellation without a refund.

If Apocalypse Rawhide cancels or materially changes an event, any available remedy, including rescheduling or ticket credit, will be determined and communicated by Apocalypse Rawhide.

2. Admission and Attraction Rules

Apocalypse Rawhide reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the property or attraction without a refund when necessary to protect guests, staff, performers, equipment, or property.

Guests must follow all posted signs and all instructions given by staff, security personnel, and performers.

The following are prohibited:

  • Touching performers or staff members unless specifically instructed as part of the experience;
  • Intentionally striking performers, staff, guests, props, sets, or equipment;
  • Running, pushing, fighting, threatening, or intentionally disruptive behavior;
  • Entering restricted or unauthorized areas;
  • Bringing real firearms, weapons, ammunition, or other dangerous objects into the attraction;
  • Using attraction equipment in a reckless, unsafe, or unauthorized manner;
  • Pointing or using attraction equipment outside the designated experience or contrary to staff instructions;
  • Smoking or vaping in prohibited areas;
  • Using flash photography, flashlights, laser pointers, or other unauthorized lighting during the experience;
  • Damaging or attempting to damage props, sets, equipment, buildings, or property;
  • Entering while intoxicated or impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that affects judgment, coordination, or mobility; and
  • Harassing staff, performers, other guests, or members of the public.

Guests who violate these rules may be removed immediately without a refund and may be held financially responsible for any damage they cause.

3. Nature of the Attraction and Assumption of Risk

Apocalypse Rawhide is an immersive, interactive Western zombie attraction incorporating simulated weapons, live performers, theatrical effects, outdoor terrain, Western-style buildings and sets, darkness, and sudden or frightening situations.

Guests may be provided with an irSHOTGUN or other simulated shooting device during the experience. These devices are interactive attraction equipment and are not firearms. Guests must use all equipment only as directed by Apocalypse Rawhide staff.

By participating, you knowingly and voluntarily accept all inherent and reasonably foreseeable risks associated with the attraction. These risks include, but are not limited to:

  • Darkness, low visibility, flashing lights, fog, theatrical smoke, dust, scents, and special effects;
  • Loud noises, simulated gunshot sounds, sudden sounds, alarms, screams, music, and startling effects;
  • Outdoor terrain, dirt, gravel, rocks, curbs, steps, ramps, uneven surfaces, and other natural or constructed obstacles;
  • Walking through Western-style buildings, structures, pathways, and outdoor areas;
  • Sudden appearances, movements, scares, and interactions with performers, props, equipment, or other guests;
  • Slipping, tripping, falling, stumbling, or colliding with objects or people;
  • Temporary disorientation, dizziness, panic, anxiety, nausea, or emotional distress;
  • Scratches, bruises, abrasions, sprains, strains, or other physical injuries;
  • Use, handling, carrying, aiming, or operation of simulated shooting equipment;
  • Accidental contact with props, equipment, structures, performers, or other guests;
  • Equipment, electrical, mechanical, structural, or special-effects malfunctions;
  • Exposure to weather, heat, cold, wind, rain, dust, insects, crowds, and other outdoor environmental conditions; and
  • The negligent acts or omissions of Apocalypse Global LLC d/b/a Apocalypse Rawhide, the property owner, or their respective owners, operators, employees, contractors, volunteers, performers, vendors, or agents, to the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law.

Serious injury, illness, disability, property damage, or death may occur.

You are responsible for remaining alert, watching where you are walking, maintaining control of any equipment provided to you, and following all instructions from staff.

If you are unwilling or unable to accept these risks, you may not participate in the attraction.

4. Interactive Equipment

Simulated shooting devices and other interactive equipment used during Apocalypse Rawhide remain the property of Apocalypse Global LLC d/b/a Apocalypse Rawhide and/or its vendors at all times.

Guests agree to:

  • Handle equipment carefully and responsibly;
  • Follow all staff instructions regarding its use;
  • Keep equipment pointed only where instructed;
  • Never intentionally strike another person or object with the equipment;
  • Never throw, drop, modify, tamper with, or remove equipment from the designated attraction area; and
  • Immediately notify staff if equipment appears damaged or malfunctions.

Guests may be removed from the attraction without a refund for misuse of equipment.

Guests may also be held financially responsible for equipment intentionally or negligently damaged, lost, or removed from the attraction.

5. Health and Medical Conditions

Apocalypse Rawhide may not be appropriate for everyone.

You should not participate if you are pregnant or if you have a condition that could be aggravated by darkness, fear, anxiety, flashing lights, loud noises, theatrical effects, outdoor walking, simulated gunfire, sudden movement, or physical exertion.

This may include, without limitation:

  • Heart or cardiovascular conditions;
  • Seizure disorders or sensitivity to flashing lights;
  • Asthma, respiratory conditions, or sensitivity to fog, smoke, or dust;
  • Severe anxiety, panic disorders, or similar conditions;
  • Balance, mobility, vision, or hearing limitations;
  • Recent surgery, injury, or illness; or
  • Any medical condition for which a medical professional has advised avoiding this type of activity.

Guests using casts, braces, crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, or other mobility devices should consider the outdoor nature of the experience. Portions of Apocalypse Rawhide may take place on dirt, gravel, rocks, uneven pathways, and within Western-style structures. While accessible routes or bypasses may be available for certain areas, some portions of the experience may be difficult to navigate.

You are solely responsible for determining whether you and the members of your group are physically and emotionally able to participate. Apocalypse Rawhide does not provide medical advice or evaluate whether participation is safe for a particular guest.

Staff may deny admission or remove a guest when staff reasonably believes that continued participation could create an immediate safety risk. No refund will be issued.

6. Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, you, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, representatives, estate, and assigns, release and discharge the following parties from claims arising from or relating to your attendance, presence on the property, or participation in the attraction:

  • Apocalypse Global LLC d/b/a Apocalypse Rawhide;
  • Rawhide Western Town and the property owner;
  • Attraction equipment providers and vendors; and
  • Their respective members, officers, employees, contractors, performers, volunteers, vendors, affiliates, agents, successors, and representatives.

This release includes claims for personal injury, illness, emotional distress, death, property loss, or property damage arising from the inherent risks of the attraction or the ordinary negligence of a released party, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms is intended to waive any right or liability that cannot legally be waived under Arizona law.

7. Responsibility for Your Conduct

You accept responsibility for injuries, losses, costs, equipment damage, or property damage caused by your intentional, reckless, unlawful, or negligent conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from third-party claims, damages, expenses, and reasonable attorney fees resulting from:

  • Your violation of these terms;
  • Your intentional, reckless, unlawful, or negligent actions;
  • Your misuse of attraction equipment;
  • Damage you cause to equipment, the attraction, buildings, sets, or property; or
  • Your failure to communicate these terms to someone for whom you purchased or provided a ticket.

8. Tickets Purchased for Other People

The ticket purchaser is responsible for providing these Terms and Conditions to every person who receives or uses a ticket from the purchaser.

By purchasing tickets for minors or other members of a group, the purchaser represents that the purchaser is authorized to complete the purchase and agrees to communicate all attraction rules, health warnings, refund restrictions, equipment requirements, and risk disclosures to the ticket users.

Each adult ticket user independently accepts these terms by accepting or using the ticket or participating in the attraction.

9. Minors

Minors must meet any age requirements published by Apocalypse Rawhide for the 2026 season.

Any minor required by Apocalypse Rawhide to be accompanied by an adult must remain under the supervision of that responsible adult throughout the experience.

The accompanying adult is responsible for deciding whether the attraction is appropriate for the child and whether the child is capable of safely following instructions and handling any interactive equipment provided.

A parent or legal guardian who purchases, provides, or authorizes the use of a ticket for a minor acknowledges the attraction’s risks and agrees to these terms on the parent’s or guardian’s own behalf and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, on behalf of the minor.

Apocalypse Rawhide contains frightening situations, simulated weapons, loud noises, darkness, zombies, and other intense effects and may not be appropriate for all children.

10. Photography, Video and Security Recording

Photography, video recording, and audio recording may occur throughout the property for safety, security, operational, promotional, and marketing purposes.

By entering the property, you grant Apocalypse Global LLC d/b/a Apocalypse Rawhide and its authorized partners permission to photograph, film, record, reproduce, and use your image, appearance, and voice in lawful promotional and operational materials without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Apocalypse Rawhide will not intentionally use a guest’s name in advertising without additional permission.

Security and incident recordings may also be retained or disclosed when reasonably necessary for safety, insurance, legal, or law-enforcement purposes.

11. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their own phones, wallets, purses, glasses, clothing, jewelry, and other belongings.

Apocalypse Global LLC d/b/a Apocalypse Rawhide is not responsible for lost, stolen, dropped, or damaged property except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

Guests should secure loose items before participating, particularly while carrying or operating interactive equipment. Staff may be unable to stop the attraction or immediately search for lost property.

12. Weather and Outdoor Conditions

Apocalypse Rawhide is primarily an outdoor experience and operates in desert conditions.

Weather, temperatures, wind, rain, dust, and other environmental conditions may affect portions of the experience.

Guests should dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable walking shoes.

Normal weather conditions do not entitle a ticket holder to a refund.

Apocalypse Rawhide may temporarily pause, modify, delay, or close portions of the attraction when management determines conditions create a safety concern.

If Apocalypse Rawhide cancels an event, available rescheduling or ticket-credit options will be communicated to affected ticket holders.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through direct written communication.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any unresolved dispute arising from these terms, the ticket purchase, attendance at the event, or participation in the attraction shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered under the applicable consumer rules of the American Arbitration Association.

BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, THE PARTIES WAIVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE THE DISPUTE DECIDED BY A JUDGE OR JURY IN COURT.

Claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

For any dispute that is not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

16. Electronic Acceptance

By selecting the acceptance checkbox, completing the ticket purchase, accepting or using a ticket, or participating in Apocalypse Rawhide, you acknowledge that:

  1. You have had an opportunity to read these terms;
  2. You understand and voluntarily accept them;
  3. You understand that all ticket sales are final and nonrefundable;
  4. You voluntarily assume the risks associated with the attraction and its interactive equipment;
  5. You agree to the release and dispute-resolution provisions above; and
  6. You are responsible for communicating these terms to the members of your group.

DO NOT COMPLETE THE PURCHASE OR PARTICIPATE IN APOCALYPSE RAWHIDE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
